Why I Support Life Line :
我支持马来西亚生命线协会，因为从小透过他们在电台的访谈和节目分享，一直到步入社会参与他们的大大小小工作坊与讲座，每一次都像在我心里点亮一盏灯，带来力量与希望。一路走来，我见证了他们为推广防止自杀与提升心理健康意识所付出的坚持与努力，那份真诚与温暖深深触动了我，也让我愿意与他们并肩，把这份希望传递下去。
I support the Life Line Association Malaysia because, from a young age, I have been inspired by their interviews and sharing on various radio programmes. As I grew older and joined their workshops and talks, each experience felt like a light being lit in my heart, giving me strength and hope. Over the years, I have witnessed their unwavering dedication to suicide prevention and the promotion of mental health awareness. Their sincerity and compassion have deeply touched me, inspiring me to stand alongside them in passing on this message of hope.

Forty years of life— filled with joy, tears, and countless nights where someone silently struggles, searching for a flicker of warmth and light.
Life Line Association Malaysia (LLAM) carries the mission: “To serve life, to live life, to influence life.” In moments of despair, they reach out with gentle hands, walking alongside those lost and hurting, illuminating the path ahead.
This birthday, let the power of “40 with Purpose” gather all blessings and love, supporting the training of compassionate counselors, so more lives can find hope and strength in the darkness.
May this light break through loneliness and shadow, warm every wounded heart, and may love and care continue to grow,

About Life Line Association Malaysia
We are a non-religious NGO working to assist individuals affected by social and psychological issues through emotional support and community based preventive programs for more than 32 years.
We consist of nearly 200 professionally trained volunteers from diverse backgrounds dedicated to providing services such as helpline, counselling, play therapy, and psychoeducation, as well as organising developmental group activities, and charitable events for the Malaysian community.
We are united in the belief that every life is able to grow to its full potential under the environment filled with genuineness, acceptance and empathy. To date, we have supported over 44,000 individuals through difficult times in their lives.
We are Life Line Association Malaysia.
